Please join us on Thursday, February 28th at 7:00 pm for an evening of relaxed, unstructured conversation with fellow Objectivists. We will be meeting at Fountainhead on the corner of Damen and Montrose in the Ravenswood neighborhood.
For those who have never been there, they have a full service restaurant and a bar with an extensive beer list. Street parking is available, and it is only a 3-minute walk from the Montrose Brown Line station.
If there is a good turnout, we intend to do it again on the first Thursday of every month, so we hope to see you there.
Saturday, January 19, beginning at 3:00pm, we will meet at the Art Institute of Chicago to view the Of Gods and Glamour exhibit (http://www.artic.edu/exhibition/gods-and-glamour-mary-and-michael-jaharis-galleries-greek-roman-and-byzantine-art) and afterwards discuss over dinner at Pizano’s at 61 E Madison St (http://www.pizanoschicago.com/the-loop.php). Admission to the Art Institute is $18 for adults, $12 for students and seniors.
Those interested in dinner and discussion only can meet us at Pizano’s at 5:15pm.
If you do plan to be at Pizano’s, please post a reply so we can plan for enough room.
We would like to reinstate our monthly social gathering. Please let us know in the comments which day of the week would be most convenient for you to meet up between 6:00 and 9:00 pm.
